Employment Law. Counsel employers about employment policies and procedures, including the drafting of employee handbooks and noncompetition agreements. Help employers reduce the risk of lawsuits by employees. Defend employers sued for discrimination, harassment, and other employment law claims. Financial Institutions. Represent financial institutions in matters including loan documentation, asset recovery, human resources and litigation. Intellectual Property. Advise businesses with respect to trade secrets, nondisclosure agreements, trademarks and service marks, and copyrights.
