Legal Experience
Kenneth G. Gale has over twenty-five years
experience representing individuals, businesses and governmental entities before
Kansas state and federal courts, administrative agencies, the Kansas Supreme
Court and Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Supreme Court.
Ken’s practice focuses on litigation in the areas of real estate, employment
law, civil rights and business disputes. His real estate practice includes
resolution of disputes concerning boundary and title, broker and agent
liability, title insurance and real estate contracts. Ken helps clients pursue
the timely, economical and just resolution of disputes through negotiation,
mediation, arbitration and litigation.
A Colonel in the Army National Guard, Ken was appointed Judge Advocate
General of the Kansas National Guard by the Governor in 2001. In 2005 Ken served
a tour of duty in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, for
which he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.

areas of Real Estate Transactions, Boundary Law, Title Insurance, Civil
Litigation, Real Estate Broker Liability and Employment Law.
