Before joining Adams Jones, she was an associate with Baker & Hostetler LLP in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Chase has drafted and implemented estate plans for high-net-wealth individuals and advised clients in aspects relevant to estate and wealth transfer planning, including transfer tax and income tax issues, and business succession plans. Ms. Chase has significant experience in the administration of estates and trusts. She also has significant experience with charitable giving techniques and the formation and administration of tax-exempt charitable entities. Ms. Chase is licensed to practice in Colorado and is practicing under a temporary license in Kansas under Rule 705. Ms. Chase is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.
