The two largest manufacturers of commercial aircraft, Boeing and Airbus, also have a significant presence in Wichita.

Business Entity Formation.  Preparation of documents to form appropriate entities for ownership or leasing of private, business and commercial aircraft.

Aircraft Purchases. Assist clients in completing aircraft purchase transactions through contract negotiation and preparation, due diligence review of subject aircraft and aircraft history.

Aircraft Leasing. Assist clients in completing aircraft leasing transactions through contract negotiation and preparation, due diligence review of subject aircraft and aircraft history.

Aircraft Title Search. Assist clients in conducting title and lien searches on aircraft.

Aircraft Registration. Assist clients in the registration of aircraft with the Federal Aviation Administration Registry in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Part 135 Operations. Assist clients in obtaining Part 135 certification for air taxi services (fly for hire), which includes compliance by applicants with all regulations and requirements of the applicable Federal Air Regulations.

Part 91 Operations. Assist clients in obtaining Part 91 certification for private operation of aircraft, which include compliance with all regulations and requirements of the applicable Federal Air Regulations (FAR’s).

Contract Negotiation for Suppliers to OEM’s. Assist clients in responding to RFP’s (Request For Proposal) and negotiation with Aircraft Manufacturer (OEM), the terms and conditions of Vendor Supplier Agreements.

Air Transportation Contracts. Assist client in negotiations for air transportation contracts involving the carriage of cargo/freight, U.S. mail, and other time-sensitive materials.
